Our First Home
My husband and I bought our first home with Alice recently and to say it went well is an understatement. In a brutal Los Angeles market, we assumed we would have been outbid and having to search for a number of months. We set out after getting our prequalification done on a “scouting mission” to see what was in our range and the SECOND home we walked through ended up being our dream home. Alice advised us on what to bid in the hot market, escrow time and every step of the way. From the day we did our first walk through to having keys in our hand it was 28 DAYS! Alice has amazing vendors that she assisted us with: Mortgage lender, Escrow, Tradesmen, inspector and when the inspector missed something major she went to bat for us and got it partially paid for by the Title insurance as well as the inspector himself. Alice doesn’t stop working for you after the deal is done. She has helped us along the way sharing information and tradespeople that have assisted us in our first home experience.
